This website
nicholasxerri.com is run by Nicholas Xerri, an independent developer in Malta, who is the data controller for it.
- No cookies and no local storage.
- No analytics, ads or trackers, and no fonts, scripts or images from other sites.
- Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and keep the site safe from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type, under Cloudflare's privacy policy. I don't use that data to identify or profile anyone.
- Email. If you email me, I use your address and message only to reply. I keep the conversation for as long as it's needed and then delete it. I never share it or use it for marketing.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what personal data I hold about you, and ask me to correct or delete it. You can also complain to Malta's data protection authority, the Information and Data Protection Commissioner.
